If you choose to pay via credit card, PayPal is a secure system which means that I do not receive your credit card or bank account details - just a list of the items you have purchased and the delivery address. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (except corporate cards), Switch/Solo, Visa Electron. The default payment method is Paypal, however, if you wish to pay by any other method listed above, please contact me via the Contact Form and I will send an invoice by return email.
If you require an invoice for accounting purposes, you should use your Paypal receipt. Unless you have paid by Bacs.
Customers wishing to return goods which are not faulty must do so by a tracked mail service at their own expense within 7 days of receipt of their original order. Cut goods are non-refundable. Packaged goods can be replaced to their full value with an alternative item (less postage) or if a refund is preferred, a 20% re-stocking charge will be applied before issuing a refund for the goods only. Goods returned must be unused and received back in a saleable condition.
If you wish to return goods ordered in error, please package them well (re-use the original packaging if possible) and send them back to Sew Curvy with the form available by clicking HERE. If you do not return the form with the goods, we will not know where they came from so please don't forget this important detail.

Damaged or faulty goods received must be reported within 7 days of receipt in order to receive a refund. Goods must be returned un-used before a refund is issued. If it is found that the goods are not faulty or damaged postage will be at the customers expense.
Customers must notify us by email within 7 working days of receipt of delivery if there is a problem with the order. We are unable to correct mistakes after this time.
We cannot be held responsible for missing deliveries where the incorrect address is given on the order - we do not always have time to check mails between receipt of order and despatch - it is therefore the customers' responsiblity to ensure that the address on the order is correct.
We cannot be held responsible for deliveries which are not delivered within the expected time frame due to external issues such as customs control, or administrative processes. When the parcel is deemed 'lost' after 28 working days, we will replace the goods free of charge.
At busy times, there may be very slight delays despatching goods from Sew Curvy. Usually this will be around the end of August during Oxford Conference of Corsetry where only a limited service is available.
Customers in India, Serbia and Russian Federation must select tracked postage. Packages lost in those countries will not be compensated unless tracked postage has been purchased at checkout. In addition, the postal cost for packages over 2kg is set high due to adminstrative and customs processes in those countries. Refunds are payable when all costs have been covered after safe delivery of the consignment.
Sew Curvy is VAT registered - our VAT number is GB237553006. If you require a payment receipt and have paid by Paypal, this is the receipt you need for your accounts along with your electronic order confirmation which was sent to you via email. If you have paid by bank transfer and require a VAT receipt, please get in touch.
All sizes quoted are approximate, please contact us if you require components for a project where sizing accuracy is very important.
Prices are correct at the time of publishing. Sew Curvy reserves the right to increase prices or substitute products where necessary. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications are correct at time of publication. Sew Curvy reserves the right to change the specification of products without prior notice. Sew Curvy Corsetry does not, under any circumstance, accept liability for losses special to the particular circumstances of the customer, indirect or consequential losses or loss of profit, damage to property or wasted expenditure. All content of the website, such as, text, graphics logos and images is the property of Sew Curvy Corsetry and must not be reproduced in any form without prior consent.
Where discounts are offered, these are offered at our discretion and not redeemable with any other offer unless specified.
The customer is responsible for all customs and duties to be paid upon receiving goods in countries where import duties are applied. Please check your countries rules on importing before ordering from Sew Curvy. Where customs fees are refused by the recipient, return charges will be invoiced to the customer.
Sew Curvy is registered for VAT on the UK 'Flat Rate Scheme' for VAT which means that we are unable to discount VAT on purchases whether they are company to company in the EU or outside the EU. This is because we still have to pay our government VAT on all purchases, discounted or not. If this changes we will ammend our policies accordingly.
