Q: Do you sell corset making supplies?

Q: Do you send samples?
A: Yes, all I ask is that you cover your postage. You can find the sample listing here. Please complete the text box with details of what you would like.
Q: How much is postage within the UK?
A: Our postage rates in the UK are £3.50 for orders under £5. in value, £4.15 for the Tracked 48 service and £5.40 for the Tracked 24 service. Please click here for postage details.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, please click here for postage details - EU customers will now have VAT to pay via their postal or courier service.
Q: Can I return an item
If you have changed your mind about an item, or if you have ordered incorrectly*, you can return the item within 14 days of receipt. Items are returned at your own risk and expense. The address for returns is as follows. Please enclose a note so that we know where/who it came from.

Q: Are there any spaces available on any of your courses?
A: I am currently not teaching while I take time to move The Oxford School of Corsetry online!
Q: Can you phone me to take my credit card details?
A: Sorry but no. I am a one woman business. I do not have a business telephone line, and I do not have a remote credit card facility. Unfortunately I just do not have the resources to run this facility both in terms of time (I am running 4 businesses on my own) and finance (not only additional bank fees, it would involve hiring an additional person too).
Q: Why has my order not arrived yet? I ordered it ages ago.
A: Your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours of receipt unless there is a problem with the supply chain or during busy periods and holidays. Once your order leaves the studio it is in the hands of the Post Office service. For all orders national and international, post is not considered to be lost until 28 working days after posting date. If you are outside the UK please allow enough time for your package to be sent and please consider your country's customs process. Usually Airmail will arrive in country of destination within 10 days. If you need to know where your parcel is at any given time, then please select the tracked option at checkout.
Q: What currency are your prices?
A: We are based in the UK and our currency is £ sterling. Paypal will convert your native currency automatically.

Q: Can I have a wholesale discount
A: We are a retailer not a wholesaler. Please see more info on this HERE.
NOTE: If you live locally, Please do not just turn up at my studio without prior arrangement. I am a one woman business, Sew Curvy isn't the only thing I do... I may have a corset client here for a consultation or a fitting, or I may be out on a buying trip or I could be extremely busy making corsets or doing admin for the website - that includes photographic set ups in the studio which make it impossible for buyers to just turn up and buy stuff. Whilst I am always very delighted to meet my customers and reduce costs by allowing them to collect an order from me, it is absolutely imperative that my time and space is respected, and therefore prior arrangements and appointments are absolutely vital.
