A one off corset kit suitable for beginners, which contains all the parts required to make the Sew Curvy 'Victoria' Corset complete with flossing and lace trim. This corset is based on authentic Victorian corsets but tweaked a little so that it is a more comfortable modern fit. When made up comes to a little above midbust and can easily be adapted to an overbust corset pattern.
The corset pattern is multi sized and contains very simple instructions to make a single layer corset with twill tape boning channels. This is an authentic method of corset construction used by the Victorians.

- 1m black sateen coutil - ideal for beginners as hides stitching sin!
- 1 x 13" busk fastner (may be substituted with 12" depending on stock)
- 1 set of pre-cut spiral and flat steel corset boning
- spare end caps
- 7m cotton twill boning tape
- 1m tailors tape (waist stay)
- 6m cotton lacing for corsetry
- 3m cotton bias binding
- 1 spool of flossing thread
- 1.3m wide guipure lace
- 1m 10mm grosgrain ribbon to go in the lace eyehole
- 1 eyelet kit
The price of this kit gives you a saving of around 10% off the total cost of the separate components.
