Horsehair braid 16mm

Couture horsehair braid or crin tape with a very fine weave, 1.6cm wide (16mm) and suitable for fine dressmaking and working with net fabrics.  Use it for giving body to hemlines and also for easing curved hem lines into submission so that they lay flat.

This narrow horsehair braid can be used on circular hemmed petticoats, and fine silk dresses or lingerie.  Can also be used in milinery for making lovely shapes on fascinators or details on hats.

This crin tape does not have an adjustment thread but does have a lot of stretch/compression quality.  It is washable and dry cleanable.  

Can be used for decoration in hat making.
