Chemise and drawers set to wear under your corset to help keep the corset clean under period clothing.
This chemise pattern is taken from an original dated to 1885. The neckline is low and wide, fitted with a drawstring ribbon. It has a button at each shoulder which allows the shoulder strap to be dropped for wear under low, or off-shoulder bodices.
The drawers have a fitted waistband with side button closures. The crotch seam is left open and finished with facings. The legs are finished with a band and ruffle just below the knee.
This set is most compatible with the TV110 Victorian corset pattern, which is available here. Or as a kit here.
Recommended fabric for this set of underwear is the cotton lawn available here, in black or white. Can also be made with linen, silk or voile
