  • Wide Steel Underbusks

  • Very stiff and inflexible powder coated wide corset bones, use as a busk or underbusk.

Very heavy weight semi-flexible wide plastic coated flat steel .

Useful at the front of smooth fronted corsets - ie: without a front opening, in place of a split busk fastner, or as an underbusk where extra front support is required under a regular flexible busk , or at the back of a corset if very stiff support is needed.

Can be used in place of a wooden busk in Regency style corsets or stays.

A closed front corset may be appropriate for a wedding dress or wedding lingerie where a smooth, uninterupted finish is needed.  This smooth wide strong steel will keep the front of the corset nice and flat.

These solid busks are coated all over with a white finish making them especially suitable for use with light coloured fabric.  Both ends are nicely rounded and sealed.
