Returns 

I am unable to accept returns of full kits or patterns, but If, in the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any tools or separates  you have purchased and received, please return them in clean and saleable condition within 14 days of receipt, and I will issue a refund if appropriate.

Please note that due to copyright considerations, patterns will only be considered for refund if they are faulty.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT and the following methods of payment are accepted:

Paypal (no account required - see below)
Sterling Cheque
Postal order

If you are shopping with a currency other than pounds sterling and paying with paypal, you can check the currency conversion rate by logging into your paypal account and searching for 'currency conversion'.  Or just click HERE for an approximate guide.

Security 

If you choose to pay via credit card, PayPal is a secure system which means that I do not receive your credit card or bank account details - just a list of the items you have purchased and the delivery address. PayPal accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express (except corporate cards), Switch/Solo, Visa Electron. The default payment method is Paypal, however, if you wish to pay by any other method listed above, please contact me via the Contact Form and I will send an invoice by return email.

All sizes quoted are approximate, please contact me if you require components for a project where sizing accuracy is very important.

Prices are correct at the time of publishing. I reserve the right to increase prices or substitute products where necessary. Every effort has been made to ensure descriptions, photographic reproductions and specifications are correct at time of publication. I reserve the right to change the specification of products without prior notice.
